Project Description: 

Sprint for Shakespeare is inspired by the work of Dr Emma Smith, Faculty of English, University of Oxford. It is a 6-month fund-raising campaign to raise funds to stabilize, photograph digitally and publish, freely online, the Bodleian First Folio of William Shakespeare's plays, Bodleian Libraries Arch. G c.7.

The Sprint for Shakespeare campaign aims to raise £20,000 through a large number of donations of all sizes. Its champions include Vanessa Redgrave, Stephen Fry, and Sir Peter Hall.
