Work for Digital Scholarship @ Oxford

Come join us!

Excited about the Digital Humanities? Interested in building a career advancing digital scholarship at Oxford? We're looking for three outstanding people to come and join the team in the Centre for Digital Scholarship. You'd be helping to make Oxford's digital projects more comprehensive, effective, and sustainable. You'd also be joining a growing team at the heart of Oxford's digital work. We're friendly, enthusiastic, and want to make Oxford's digital research the best it can be.

Electronic Enlightenment: Academic Director & Content Editor

Electronic Enlightenment (EE) is the most wide-ranging online collection of edited correspondence of the early modern period, linking people across Europe, the Americas and Asia from the early 17th to the mid-19th century. You would be part of Bodleian Libraries Scholarly Resources, the department that provides digital services for the students, researchers and staff of the University of Oxford.

We're looking for two individuals, both of them focused on academic research of text-based studies.

Sustainable Digital Scholarship: Project Officer

The newly-formed Sustainable Digital Scholarship service helps Oxford's projects protect their digital legacy, including running a repository for digital research. We have an exciting opportunity for a positive and proactive figure to play an important role in supporting digital researchers.
