With Judith Siefring and Christine Madsen, I am exploring the use of digital photography by researchers - 'DIY digitization' - in libraries of rare and manuscript materials. We are running a workshop for researchers and library professionals, encouraging users of the Weston Library, the special ecollections department of the Bodleian Library, to share their images, and interviewing researchers and librarians about the use of this technology.
