Digital Humanities Interests:
My DPhil research is a corpus study considering the music of Anton von Webern. It primarily uses digital data collection to amass a body of information on aspects of harmony in his music. I am manually encoding his works and then I will apply code written in Python, using music21, to investigate common patterns of harmonic practice.
